He began his career in banking before moving into the insurance sector, where his roles have spanned leading international brokers, underwriting, and advisory positions. This diverse background provides him with a comprehensive perspective on risk assessment and the design of bespoke wealth solutions for affluent clients, particularly in Greater China and the Philippines.
Prior to joining Lioner, Francis held senior positions at Charles Monat Associates Limited and Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT) Group plc, further deepening his expertise in cross-border planning and asset preservation. He serves clients throughout Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, and the Philippines, and is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, earning a reputation as a reliable, client-focused advisor dedicated to building long-term relationships.
